We look forward to hosting you. You rent an apartment in a central yet quiet location in a district of Filderstadt with good local recreational opportunities. The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac, parking is available on the public street. All facilities for everyday needs are within walking distance. The space The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of our house and is mostly newly furnished. We live on the upper floors. The cozy living room with cable TV, Internet/Wi-Fi connection has a door to the large balcony into the greenery. The bedroom also has an exit to the balcony and a 180 cm double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with a dining area. In the newly renovated daylight bathroom you will find a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The washing machine can be used for a fee. For stays of 7 nights or more, the washing machine is available at no additional charge. For bookings of 14 nights or more, the apartment is cleaned free of charge every 7 nights.
