The house is within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants, farmers market, coffee houses, wine bars, entertainment and shopping in downtown. The lake is only 2 blocks away and there is a public dock. The city beach is about a 5 minute walk or a quick bike ride. Sandpoint is one of the most beautiful places in the West - It lies on the shores of Idaho's largest lake (Lake Pend Oreille) Schweitzer Ski Mountain is a short 15-20 minute drive and Sandpoint was named " Most Beautiful Small Town" by Rand McNally and USA Today. There are 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds and the living room is decorated with vintage charm with gas fireplace. Also, a dedicated office space for working remote. There is a large eat in kitchen with center island that will bring you back to your youth - laundry with washer and dryer and a completely remodeled bathroom with 20's subway tile and old school vibes also a powder room off the laundry. Guest access Guest will be able to access the entire house and yard. Other things to note Come Visit in Aug for the annual 2 week Music Festival with well known artists There is also Lost in the Fifties in May complete with the vintage car show This is the town for all seasons - lake in the summer and ski in the winter - Winter festival in Feb of each year - now Sandpoint has 5 breweries, wineries and many art venues and too many coffee venues to name.
