Aparthotel Centrum is a great alternative to hotels. Our apartments are located in the center of Zabrze, but thanks to the fact that the building is in the back, there is peace and quiet here. The combination of these two features is a great asset and also ensures discretion. We have a large private parking lot and access by car is easy. When you arrive in Zabrze by train, you do not need to order a taxi, it is 200m from the station to the apartment on foot. It's very quiet around here at night. The space The apartment has an area of 78 m2, is decorated in a modern style, is equipped with air conditioning, two 55" TVs. The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped, including a coffee machine, cordless kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker, etc. Our standard also includes a welcome snack, coffee in the coffee machine, tea, salt, pepper and sugar as well as mineral water, candies for children and coloring books. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoo are also available on request. It is very important for us that our guests feel good with us. We strive to make the comforts offered by the apartments versatile and able to fit every taste. Our offer is flexible, we can offer additional services. Including an extra bed for an adult, the price is PLN 120 for the first night and PLN 60 for the next, a baby cot at the price of PLN 90 for the first night and PLN 40 for the next night. Other things to note FACILITY REGULATIONS. Stay - The property does not accept pets. - We provide parking for our guests. Parking in designated areas. - We provide fast internet access via WI-FI. - No smoking in the property, except in designated areas (on balconies). Breaking the ban results in a contractual penalty of PLN 900. - No open flames are allowed in the property - It is forbidden to use additional electric, gas and other heat sources in the facility. - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. - No parties are allowed. - It is forbidden to come to the apartment in dirty work clothes. - The cleaning fee is mandatory and is provided during the booking process. It applies to final cleaning and does not include the replacement of towels, bed linen or cleaning during your stay. - Hosting guests in apartments is allowed only for stays of 2 nights or longer with the consent of the staff - Guests can only stay in the apartment from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The total number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed 8 people. - For 1-night stays, no guests are allowed, and each person staying in the apartment must be added to the reservation. - When using the air conditioning, close all windows and doors. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the apartment. - The facility is monitored 24/7. Cameras record, recognize and count vehicles and guests.
