This first floor apartment is set on a quiet street close to the centre of Cirencester and has all you need for an enjoyable stay. The apartment is set up with kingsize bed in the main bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room which makes it easily suited to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, including tea and coffee for that all important cuppa on arrival. Cirencester town centre is a 10 minute walk, and the parking space makes it an ideal choice. The space We like to make sure you have a comfortable stay and do all we can to provide the things that make the difference. In the master the bed is new and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The sofa bed in the lounge is designed for 1 person. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided. Our kitchen has everything you should need for making breakfast, lunch and supper, but if you don't fancy cooking why not wander into town where you will be spoiled for choice! PLEASE NOTE - There is poor water pressure in the building which means the Bath cannot be filled. This is listed as just having a shower for this reason Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor. The property comfortably sleeps 4 with the king size bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. There is no shared space within the apartment – you will have it all to yourself. Our doors are open for everyone - the apartment is a safe space for all travellers, within a quiet town that is welcoming of all nationalities and LGBTQ communities. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: When arriving at the property we cannot allow early bag drop offs. A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.
