The residence includes Wifi, washer, and dryer, kitchen with oven/microwave breakfast and living area, all the amenities of home! The location is 45 minutes to Orlando and seven minutes to the beach. Enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife, Cape Canaveral Cruises, Kennedy Space Center, Orlando Parks, etc. The space Spacious Room accommodates 5 persons with a beautiful sunrise. Quiet, comfortable and super clean. Private master bathroom all remodeled. TV, desk, Ceiling fan, coffee maker and extra stand fan inside the room. Kitchen in common areas with all necessary appliances and refrigerator for your convenience. During your stay I give my guests a space. I could be helping them when needed but sometimes I will be working and I won’t be available in person.
