Charming house in the Charente Valley

Charming little house in the quiet of the Viennese countryside, near the edge of the Charente (prized by fishermen) and lovers of good walks. Old house tastefully renovated while keeping the charm of the stone, the rooms are upstairs, there is a parking space and on the other side an enclosed garden with a terrace. Guest access The location includes the entire house, a parking side, where 3 cars can be accommodated one behind the other, with an external socket for electric cars. In the house, there is a kitchen area and a dining/living area in the continuity of the room. A very large bathroom with a shower, toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, a single bedroom with a double bed. On another level, with fairly steep stairs, an office equipped with a double bed, which gives access to another bedroom with a double bed as well. The house has another opening that opens onto a closed garden with a terrace to relax. Other things to note Respect for the property seems to be common sense and good manners. I don't rent my house cheaply, I try to make sure you have everything you need, that the house is clean and functional for everyone.
