Aparthotel Feeling at home

The apartment is located at the second floor of a pretty building al 300 metres from Castenaso centre. It offers a main room with a double bed plus a single bed, a secondary room with 2 single beds, a spacious living-room with the sofas that can be used as a supplementary beds, only one bathroom with tub and shower and a wide kitchen where you can have your breakfast or, for a cheaper holiday, also your meals. We are well equipped for the babies (high chair, campiing beds, etc). The space The apartment has an area of about 85 square metres. It is always at complete disposal of our guests. Also a single guest uses the whole apartment. The sofas of the living-room can be prepared to have a second double-bed or other 2 single beds in order to improve your comfort in the apartment or to accommodate some persons more (maximum 9 beds). In the living-room the TV has the SKY decoder and a ADSL-WiFi connection is available (included in the price) in all the apartment. In the bedrooms there are the ceiling fans. Guest access The kitchen is well-furnished (frigo, freezer, electric and microwave oven, gas stove, dish-washer, coffee machine and pots) and everything is at complete disposal of our guests in order to prepare their meals. The breakfast (croissants, marmalades, butter, biscuits, yogurt, milk, coffee and fruit juices) is included in the price but not prepared. Our guests will find everything in the kitchen at their disposal all day long. With the standard prices the cleaning of the apartment will be done daily, with the discounted prices the cleaning will be done twice a week. The sheets are changed every 4-6 days, the linen is always available in the apartment. Other things to note Castenaso is a pleasant village at about 10 kms far from Bologna center. It is well served by public transport (bus and train) until 9 pm.
