The Premiere and Family rooms are located in a two-story house in the town of Potenza Picena, in the province of Macerata, in the beautiful Marche region of central Italy. The Premiere room is located on the second floor, while the Family room is on the third floor. The property is located on a hill, perched on the medieval walls of the historic center, overlooking the sea, and offers a picturesque view that combines the sea’s skyline with the gentle panorama of the hills in front.
