Experience real Cornish living in our 170 year old rustic cottage style townhouse situated in the heart of Penzance Town. It is a spacious four storey, two bedroom house which sleeps up to 6 people, has many original features and boasts a stunning hilltop view of Mounts Bay. Trezise Cottage is ideally located for beaches, country and harbour walks, art galleries and traditional pubs. A cosy and traditional getaway. The space The house is a traditional granite cottage style townhouse with cast iron wood burner and open plan staircase. There are 2 bedrooms; 1 loft room with seaviews, a kingsize bed and a double futon sofa bed. The first floor has 1 bedroom with twin beds and large family bathroom. The living Room has ample seating and a sofa bed. There is a spacious traditional basement country style kitchen dining room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house Other things to note We offer discounts for 2 and 4 person bookings and will consider two day weekend bookings. There is an additional charge of £45 for linen/towels and housecleaning. We also charge £45 for pets by special arrangement only. Please note that prices vary during summer and festive seasons
