Tudor Mansion in Gig Harbor

The Tudor Mansion is in a high end, quiet neighborhood. Views of Puget Sound and ferry crossing. Gazebo with 15' surge jacuzzi. Large outdoor area to dine, bbq, play basketball, or gather around the fire pit. Plenty of parking. Fresh farm eggs available. Great location. One mile from both up town and down town. Walk to Restaurants, breweries, shopping, and movies. Take an evening boat ride to watch the sunset (extra fees apply). The space Large home in charming Gig Harbor. Oversized, covered jacuzzi available to guests. Lots of spaces to have some private time, or gather. Guest access This is a 5 bedroom home. Two of the bedrooms are my private use. The other three bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom for guest privacy. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There are queen air mattress available. I entertain one group at a time. All other areas are shared which are the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and wash and dryer. (their is a small fee for the use of the washer and dryer). Please note: I am always working to improve this property, there may be light repairs taking place, but this is what makes it affordable right now. All work will be discussed and will not disturb or interfere with guest privacy. During your stay I LIVE IN THE HOME, but your group will have private rooms and a full bath upstairs to themselves. I do not go upstairs unless requested for maintenance or assistance. There is also a half bath downstairs. Other then my bedroom, which is downstairs, ALL other areas are shared with myself. Generally. I only allow one group at a time, regardless of size. Other things to note 2 rooms are connected, 3rd room is across the hallway. Views of the Puget Sound.
