The space The apartment offers four separate bedrooms on over 200 square meters as well as a large living room with an extra sofa bed. In the living room there is also a large couch where you can sit comfortably together. There are TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms. A large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. A small bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet in the apartment. A sauna is directly adjacent to a bathroom and is ideal for relaxing. The large, open kitchen has various kitchen utensils for cooking. The equipment also includes a microwave, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and music speaker. There is a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit in the utility room. Guests also have free use of a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. A few steps take you to a gallery with seating. There is also a covered terrace with seating. The fireplace may not be used for safety reasons. Free parking is always available in front of the accommodation on the private property. Guest access Access is in the inner courtyard via its own entrance door. You can easily park directly in front of the accommodation. There are enough parking spaces available and free of charge on the private property. Please note the entrance gates, they must remain free. You can use the keys to open the courtyard door and the apartment door. Please only use direct access to the apartment and please do not enter any of the other private areas. Other things to note The local tax for the city of Salzburg is not included in the price.
