This home is a three bedroom ranch. It is newly updated. All of the mattresses have recently been replaced and have memory foam toppers. It is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very large and has plenty of room for several people to be working at the same time. There is seating for eight people. The backyard is private and includes a small patio area with a grill, table and four chairs. There is also a fire pit. It is the perfect place to start and end your day. The space This home is comfortable and completely renovated. Every surface is brand new. It looks like a page out of a magazine. The location is great as well. Berea has a lot of awesome little restaurants and shops and is within a few minutes of all major freeways. The airport is 5 minutes away and we're located 15 minutes from downtown. We are also walking distance to one of the most beautiful parks systems in the US. Activities there include biking, hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, tobogganing, cross country skiing, ziplining and more. They also have beautiful venues for weddings and parties. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and a nice sized private back yard with a patio. Other things to note Weekly and Monthly rates are discounted. This home can be rented with my other home down 3 houses down for a big group. There is a 60" flat screen in the living room, a 46" flat screen in the master and a 29" flat screen in one of the other bedrooms. The living room has a Blu Ray player and Netflix. There is also high speed internet.
