Typical Breton house Located in the middle of the abers in the village of Lannilis, a few minutes from the shops, 10 minutes from the beaches of Sainte-Marguerite, 25 minutes from Brest. Townhouse with an area of 120 m², the living area completely renovated, will welcome you with all modern comforts. Garden at the back of the house + a terrace area on the street side with barbecue. Dogs are allowed, however we limit it to one. No other pets allowed. The space The first level consists of a large TV living room area, a fully equipped kitchen (1 filter coffee maker and 1 Tassimo, bring your pods!), a toilet, 1 bedroom (new bedding) with private shower room. The floor includes 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Bed linen provided at no extra cost. Bathroom linen not included (possibility on request: kit 1 large towel, 1 medium, 1 washcloth: €4/kit) Guest access House on basement You will have access to the entire living area (R+1 and R+2) as well as a cellar on the ground floor overlooking the terrace area. The garage will not be accessible to you.
