The studios are located on the ground floor and top floor and offer 27 square meters in space. The bedrooms have a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress. Each studio has a desk, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower. During the day the studios have plenty of natural light and at night the blackout curtains guarantee a perfect level of darkness. The design is new, simple and fresh. The space Munico is a modern building in a quiet area of Obergiesing, a popular residential district in the south of Munich. The design of the apartments is true to the location and style of the building. On the ground floor, you have a beautiful common space that can become your office for the day. The location is great for its proximity to the city centre, and quick access via public transport and convenient connection to nature and parks. We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! Additionally, our Guest Experience Team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via Whats app and email.
