Staying in my apartment means making your family vacation or business visit a truly memorable one! Seeing the beach promenade on a daily basis, first thing when exiting and last thing when getting back is something only few properties in Tel Aviv can offer. Of course, Tel Aviv offers much more than just beautiful beaches, and my place is also putting you right in the middle of it all, a walk away from any point of interest like Old Jaffa, TLV port, Rothschild Blvd, Dizengoff st. and much more! The space Located at the new heart of TLV's tourism center, with some of the best clubs, bars, restaurants and attractions all around. Our apartment's highlights are: Perfect for families or friends of up to 4 adults. Infants up to 3 years old stay free in a baby bed we'll provide! Private balcony with cozy sitting area. Full kitchen with an oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery. Air-conditioned bedroom, living room and dining area, cable TV with streaming, Washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer. Clean linen and towels are provided. 2023 IMPORTANT INFO: This apartment is a low-level with concrete frame, therefore is approved as a "SECURE SPACE" in case of any alarms, meaning there is no need to get out of the apartment at all. ADDITIONALLY - the building has a public real bomb-shelter, but it is not needed for the current threats. *We hope this information will become useless rather sooner than later* Other things to note The bed setup is up to 2 guests in the bed, and up to 2 guests on the sofa bed. Minimum age to book - 22 years old, and if all guests are around this age - all guests must send us their id or passport copies. We are animals friendly! No animal's feathers/leathers/wool in our furniture or bedding. We welcome everybody, with no exceptions! My apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (with minor tweaks over time - but always for the better!), maintained with great care, located in the lower level of the building, with one big window to the balcony, and has a functional air-circulation system that works 24/7.
