The villa is located on the waterfront, in the Acantilados de Acentejo Natural Park, with incredible views of the beaches, the Orotava valley and El Teide. It has a beach 300 meters away that can be reached by walking along the rural path that is next to the villa. It is 5 minutes away from downtown Santa Ursula, with several supermarkets and good restaurants. The views and attention to detail are the main features of this property. The space The facade of the house is adapted to local regulations, with tiles and a hipped roof, while the interior is predominantly modern in style. The accommodation is spacious with plenty of room and bright open areas in an avant-garde setting. On the first floor or main floor, we have the first master bedroom with an office to work and a king size bed; and a second bedroom with two beds; and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on this main floor we have the kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace, infinity pool, barbecue with wood-burning oven, bathroom and shower on the terrace, all in a large space without visual barriers, with 25 meters of bay windows, looking at the sea from any of these rooms. The infinity pool is heated at the customer's request for an extra cost. On the second floor we have the second master bedroom with dressing room, king size bed, bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi; and a second bedroom with bathroom and 3 single beds, one of which is a pullout bed that can be opened if you want to accommodate a fourth guest in this room These two bedrooms have bay windows and balconies. Lying on the bed you can enjoy these incredible views. The interior floor of the entire villa is made of JATOBA wood and the terrace where the infinity pool is located is made of IPE wood. All the bay windows, both on the main floor and in the bedrooms, have blinds, in the case of the main floor, security blinds. The kitchen is spacious and open to the entire room, with a central island, two refrigerators and everything you need, with direct access to the terrace and pool. In the dining area there is a volcanic stone wall. Guest access The entire villa is available to guests except for the garage.
