Close to Montélimar, in the countryside, perfect for couples and solo travelers. 24 m² cottage with 40 m² private garden on 2000 m² plot. Very quiet neighborhood, in the countryside. Access to our swimming pool with submerged beach and spa bench! Access to the playground, the boulodrome (with Pétanque balls), the pergola with its book box 10 m2 shed (bike storage or other), Kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, garden furniture, plancha, fiber Wi-Fi internet The space I can accommodate 2 people in this duplex cottage: apartment of 24 m2 on 2 levels (12 m2 each) with a spiral staircase The shower room is private but not separate from the bedroom. The sunset cottage is located in the countryside. Facing south and west, it overlooks the grounds and our house. No houses around except ours! Guest access The vacation rental is private as well as its enclosed garden of 40 m². The common areas are the 2000 m² plot in front of the house as well as our 2000 m² garden where there is more shade and the swimming pool, it is right next to the cottages. No major roads are in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note We are really in the countryside! No other homes nearby.
