The apartment we offer you is located on the upper floor. Both apartments are completely independent of each other; upon entering the building, the apartments have separate entrances and there is no common area. We use the downstairs apartment ourselves at times, but it's mostly empty. Upstairs there is a small American kitchen, seating area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace. Both rooms have a double bed and our apartment is suitable for stays of up to 4 people. Independent air conditioning system is available in each of the rooms and living room; it provides full comfort in summer heat. Our building has its own garden with an uninterrupted sea view just for you and a swimming pool that can only be used by you. You can easily go down to the garden from the garden staircase right next to the terrace and enjoy the pool and garden. If you wish, you can also have a barbecue on the terrace or in the garden. The house has a private parking lot and provides comfort and safety for guests arriving by car. In addition to all of this, the house is located within a boutique and gated community; it offers a calm, safe and peaceful environment. You can enjoy panoramic sea views from all rooms, balcony, terrace or garden. Our apartment offers different and unique sunset views every day thanks to the nose it is located – we advise you not to miss it.
