Our listing is jointly designed by 2 interior designer, the style is more to light wood + earth tone design It's a Double storey house located at Taman Sri Penawar, Harmonia 3 which 6 mins drive to Tanjung Balau beach, 15-18mins drive to Desaru Beach and Desaru Coast Adventure waterpark. Our theme is based on minimalism Muji style, warmth and comfort, which is the Perfect Stay in DESARU for: - Medium Families (Max 12pax) - Local or overseas travellers - Business traveler(s) The space A place with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living hall and kitchen. The house is fully furnished including TV, sofa, dining table, kitchen cabinet, induction cooker, water-dispenser with hot, cold and warm temperature, microwave, fridge, bbq pit and some basic utensils. *please note that bbq pit is provided only, guest need to prepare bbq net, charcoal and skewers/satay sticks. Complete air conditioner in all bedrooms and living room. Water heater system are provided in all bathrooms. On top of that, we do provide washing machine for our guest convenience. Wifi is AVAILABLE. We provide TV box which several countries live TV show, dramas, and also movies, besides, we also provide mahjong for entertainment. bed arrangement: master room: 2 queens 2nd room: 1 queen 3rd room: 1 queen 4th room (ground floor): 1 queen extra 4 floor mattresses Other things to note Please choose the actual no of pax to stay, extra floor mattress set will add on according the number of pax. Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. Any early check in or late check out require extra charges, which is 1 hour RM50. Please note that, there is no grab service at Bandar Penawar and Desaru Area, please consider to self-drive or car rental for driving around.
