A slice of paradise!

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests. The space Slice of Paradise is a 1b/1b, 300 sq ft cottage situated on the back of the property, behind our house, poolside. The cottage is outfitted with a microwave, small fridge and a k cup coffee maker. There is not a full kitchen set up. There is a small couch, tv and a queen size bed. Set in lush tropical foliage, it is located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with a small beach, waterside dining, bars and unique shopping. Gulfport is an artsy, unique area that our guests have loved visiting. Guest access Guests have access to cottage, pool and patio as well as private outdoor seating area next to cottage, through the back gate of the property only. Guests also have access to the Fun Shack next to the cottage which has bikes, coolers, tennis rackets, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a small propane grill and more. Other things to note Please be advised we have two cats that live at our main house that peruse the backyard. As a result , we are unable to host other pets. Due to our pool being open we are not suitable for kids....we are both teachers and love kids, but our cottage is not set up for children or pets.
