Golden Heights Talpe ~ Three Bedroom Villa

Golden Heights Talpe is a Self-Service Villa located in Palutugaha Road, just 200m from the Golden Mile beaches of Talpe. It is situated in a tourist friendly neighborhood. The property is elevated and secluded with blind walls around for privacy. There are indoor and outdoor sitting areas including a porch, and garden with bbq pit in addition to the bedrooms. The space The air conditioned master bedroom with queen bed has a separate walk-in closet/powder room that could also be used as a workspace. Bedroom two is air conditioned. It has queen bed and closet space while the third smaller bedroom has an attached bathroom and double bed. All beds are custom made and have thick spring mattresses for utmost comfort. The living and dining area is tastefully decorated with traditional antique and contemporary furniture. The porch is ideal to relax. You will also have access to an equipped kitchen, bbq grill in the garden and outdoor shower near a natural spring well. We have high-speed Fiber Optic internet (highest speed in Sri Lanka). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and property during their stay. Other things to note Please note that currently two bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bedroom and living room have ceiling fans installed. Both bathrooms are equipped with hot and cold water. Wifi is offered through a high-speed Fibre Optic connection. Cleaning could be arranged on request for an additional fee of $15 per visit.
