Waterfront condo in the heart of St. Pete Beach! Just a 5-minute walk to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, offering beautiful balcony views of Boca Ciega Bay where you can enjoy morning coffee and watch manatees. We’ve been hosting guests here for over 13 years, and hope to make every stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Restaurants, beach bars, resorts & nightlife are all an easy walk, making this perfect for couples/families/friends looking to enjoy everything SPB has to offer. The space After 13 wonderful years hosting guests, we recently completed a refresh of the entire condo to keep it comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The living room features a large, oversized leather couch and comfortable chairs — perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home during your stay. If something is missing, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to provide it quickly. It’s a peaceful place to relax with a book, enjoy the sea breeze, and watch dolphins, boats, and manatees pass by. Pool & Building Amenities -The community pool overlooks Boca Ciega Bay and includes a sundeck with tables and chairs — a great place to cool off after the beach. -Heated occasionally during cooler months -In December and January the pool deck receives limited sunlight, so heating depends on association policy. Access instructions will be provided in the Arrival Guide 48 hours before check-in. Other things to note In fall 2024, St. Pete Beach experienced significant hurricane damage. Our condo was fortunate to avoid direct damage, though the ground-floor units in the building required rebuilding. That work is now complete, and the condo has recently undergone a full refresh to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for guests. The St. Pete Beach community is still recovering. While some local businesses are still rebuilding, many restaurants and bars remain open within walking distance, and additional grocery stores and dining options are just a short drive away. Grocery delivery is also widely available. Visitors play an important role in supporting our local businesses, and we appreciate guests who enjoy and support the community during our recovery.
