The apartment served as a second home for my parents who wanted to be closer to their 4 grandchildren. Therefore, it is not spartan equipped with the essentials as usual, but lovingly and comfortably designed. TOP LOCATION ! The Von-Thünen-Str. is a quiet side street, laid out like a small tree avenue. In winter (without foliage) you can see the beautiful Schwerin castle from the front windows on the side. The apartment was built by the Mecklenburg Tourism Association with 4 XXXX - stars rated. We are looking forward to our guests and can welcome them in German, English and French. The 68 m2 apartment is available to guests alone. Upon arrival (possible from 3 pm, exceptions possible) I greet our guests personally by telephone, hand over the keys and show them bicycle storage, parking space, safe, information folder, etc. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me later. Since I live only 10 kilometers away, I can always come to help with any problems. My favorites will be explained in the available information folder. The parking space behind the house makes it much easier to find parking (paid). The price is for 2 persons. Each additional person pays only 10,- Euros. Rental possible from 3 days.
