Welcome to our rural gîte "Au Cœur de Champlon". This vacation home has free Wi-Fi, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom – shower, 1 shower room and 3 toilets. Ideal for families of 8 people + 1 baby. Outside you will have parking for 2 vehicles, a blue stone terrace facing southwest, a garden of 6 acres fenced and equipped with a swing frame. Barbecue, relaxing furniture and a secure garden shed for bikes and skis The space On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall-cloakroom with separate bathroom, a second hall leading to the living room equipped with a wood insert, large living room with direct access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room. On the first floor, you will have access to a mezzanine night hall with a relaxation area with TV, DVD player and library; 1 bedroom with 2 single 80 cm beds and a 90 cm mezzanine bed, a second bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds, a bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet. The second floor consists of a night hall, a spacious bedroom with a 180 cm king size bed for 2 people and a closet-dressing room, a bedroom with a 90 cm single bed for 1 person, possibility of an extra 90 cm bed, a shower room with toilet. A foldable baby cot is also available on site. Private parking for 2 cars with an electric charging station is also present. Guest access Outside you will have private parking for 2 vehicles with an electric vehicle charging station Other things to note DOG ! By request only ! a PET may be admitted ONLY UPON REQUEST and for a SUPPLEMENT of €10/day. The excrement is to be removed by you! DEPOSIT and FEES A security deposit of 350 euros is to be paid by bank transfer with additional costs such as tourist taxes, pet fees, etc. at least 48 hours before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned by bank transfer after check-out (cleaning) within 7 days of your departure.
