We are delighted to be able to offer this rustic holiday home situated on the Costa Blanca in a quaint coastal village outside of the bustling towns of Villajoyosa and Benidorm. The house is a 10-minute drive away from the beaches and enjoys 360-degree views of the surrounding Sierras. The property is quirky with plenty of original features. There are bars, restaurants, a modern gym and pool complex. Also, it is the perfect base for hikers who wish to take on the mountains. The space The house was built in the 1930s and was previously owned by a local farmer. The cattle were kept indoors on the ground floor to keep them warm in the winter - Not that they ever needed it. It tends to be quite mild here in the Winter. The house is original in many ways, with exposed beams and quirky trinkets from bygone eras dotted about the place. However, there is a modern extension to the rear of the property which made way for an extended kitchen and 1st-floor bedroom. The floors are tiled throughout the house to help keep it cool in the long summer months. The location is truly spectacular and the rear terrace looks out onto the mountain that dominates the area.
