The space is divided into different areas (living area, sleeping area and kitchen) by furniture. The only separate room is the bathroom. In the living-room area there is a TV-set, coffee-table and a sofa that can be opened into a sofa-bed. A spacious built-in wardrobe lines an entire wall of the apartment. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen was remodelled in January 2019 with all major appliances (electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator) renewed. The kitchen table is comfortably large; essential kitchen utensils, toaster, electric tea kettle and French press coffee maker are provided. Also sugar, salt, pepper, coffee and a small selection of tea are available. The bedroom area has 2 single beds that can be combined into one 180x200 double bed. The sofa in the living-room area opens into a 140cm wide sofa-bed. Fast WIFI internet connection and cable TV are available for free. In the bathroom there is a jacuzzi/shower, washbasin, toilet, a washer-dryer and a hair-dryer. Fresh towels and bathroom essentials are provided. The apartment is centrally heated. In summer months the heating is turned off; however, hot water is always available as the apartment is equipped with an independent automatic water-heater. Free parking for 1 vehicle is available in the closed private courtyard. Paid parking is available on the street and in nearby parking lots. The closest one is located next to the apartment building. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Please note that there is no elevator in the house. Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment and the building's backyard. Other things to note Flexible check-in and check-out possible: if there are no other guests leaving/arriving the same day, earlier check-in (before 2PM) and/or later check-out (after 12PM) may be possible.
