Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests. The space PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Outside Rurally located within farmland. Private driveway, with ample parking for multiple vehicles. Grounds are walled with mature gardens, offering peace and tranquillity & breath taking views. Sit outside and relax by the small streams and pool as they run through the gardens. (Care to be taken with small children and pets). The property is surrounded by working farmland. Dogs MUST be kept under close control at all times. The property has newly installed Central Heating, and double glazing. Lounge: Spacious lounge boasts the original slate flagstone floor. Large inglenook fireplace complete with log burner. (Guests will be provided with an initial basket of logs further supplies can be purchased). 2 Leather Sofas, Coffee table, Antique Welsh dresser, TV with free-view, DVD player, Docking station, DVD's, books and games. Mountain views. Kitchen: Large and airy kitchen/diner. Fully equipped complete with Fridge freezer, dishwasher, integrated electric oven & hob. Microwave, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster. Plenty of cupboards and counter space. Large Kitchen table seating up to 6. Uninterrupted mountain views. Snug: Cosy room off the lounge perfect for cuddling up on the sofa (sofa bed) with a book after a busy day exploring. Mountain Views Hallway: Cloakroom space, for coats, shoes and general storage. Under stairs cupboard housing hoover & broom. Narrow carpeted staircase with handrail leading to upstairs landing. Bedroom 1: Spacious, light master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Original wooden floorboards. King size bed with quality memory foam mattress. Mountain views Bedroom 2: Cosy room, twin single beds with quality mattress and under bed storage for belongings. Mountain views. Bathroom: Roll top bath with shower over bath. Freestanding sink and toilet. Utility Room: Located at the side of the main house. Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, Belfast sink, Worktops. Plenty of storage for equipment (Bikes), and drying clothes. Ironing Board with Iron BBQ and outdoor cushions for garden furniture stored in here also. Guest access Guests have access to all areas other than the boiler room within the utility. Other things to note Pet charges: We allow 2 well behaved dogs maximum. (No puppies) Additional Payment is required upon arrival direct to owner. (£30 for 1/ £45 for 2) to be paid Cash/Bank Transfer Dogs are to be kept downstairs at all times, please do not book if your dog cannot do this. Please bring dog bedding.
