The property is equipped with a new and modern kitchen The property is a penthouse duplex, offering two floors that are available to guests. The top floor features a large terrace which offers views to the mountains. A private parking space is available at an additional cost Guest access The entire two floors of the apartment are available for guest use. The lower floor is where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms whilst the upper floor layout includes the living room, terrace, kitchen and a guest toilet. Other things to note - No smoking inside the apartment - A deposit of 500 CHF is required. Failure to pay the deposit will result in denied access to the property. - No pets in the apartment - Maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people - Please don't move any furnitures from their original positions. If furnitures are moved, everything has to be placed back to its original positions. Fee's will be deducted if furnitures are not placed back to its original positions. - A copy of all guests ID's have to be forwarded electronically to us. Failure to do so will result in denied access to the property.
