The charming, romantic attic apartment is centrally located in the quiet city center of Reutlingen with excellent transport links to Outlet-City Metzingen, Airport and Messe Stuttgart and to the Swabian Alb, both with public transport and with a car. A floor parking space is available for our guests (optional) . The guesthouse is divided into 2 areas. On the left is the living and sleeping area, and on the right is the kitchen with terrace, bathroom/toilet. The space Charming, romantic attic apartment (approx. 56 square meters) is located in a renovated, historic half-timbered house in the city center of Reutlingen and is ideally suited for 2-6 guests. The cozy living room is open over 2 floors, the gable wall is generously glazed towards Stuttgarter Tor. It has a corner sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to an open sleeping gallery "in the 7th Heaven" with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). It should be noted that the living room and the sleeping gallery are spatially connected by a duplex construction. There is no real separation between these 2 sleeping areas. The sleeping gallery has a private balcony with a direct view of the Tübingen Gate and over the rooftops of the city center. From the dining room, which can also be used as a study, you can reach the 22 sqm sunny terrace. The property has a private daylight bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The DGW is separated into 2 lockable sub-areas by the TRH. On the left is the duplex living area with a small balcony and on the right is the kitchen with a large terrace, bathroom/toilet. The path from one area to the other is therefore via the hallway or stairwell. Guest access Guest access is via the staircase directly into the apartment in the attic. Other things to note I. We have 2 paid parking spaces to choose from (€10/night). The 1st parking space is located in the underground parking garage about 110 meters away at Obere Gerber-Str. 2. The 2nd parking space is located in a double parking space right by the house. Here, the vehicle may not exceed a total height of 1.70 m and a total weight of 2 t. An electric car can be charged here by arrangement with Strom. We reserve the right to assign a parking space. There is no entitlement to a parking space. II. Fast internet (100 Mbps) is freely available. WiFi: Guest access Password: Pfaff-2! III. Cleanliness and hygiene are important to us. The bed linens are supplied by a professional laundry. A sanitizer dispenser is installed in the entrance area.
