The space This spacious T2 has been refurbished and has all the necessary and essential equipment to have a very nice stay. It is conveniently located in Angoulême. The International Museum of Comics is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, the city center is a 5-minute drive away, and the train station is an 8-minute drive away. In addition, the Charente is close by and offers a unique setting to stroll and unwind. The neighborhood is quiet and there are all kinds of shops, such as bakeries, butchers/delicatessens, a night grocery store or a supermarket. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, large refrigerator with a freezer section, dishwasher (1 pod provided) and has everything you need during your stay: Manual coffee maker/Krups coffee machine (Nespresso)/Electric kettle/Toaster/Pots/Pans/Gratin dishes etc... The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with quality bedding, a wardrobe, a rack, a desk with an armchair and a wall-mounted TV with AMAZON STICK. All outlets are RJ45 and the outlets at the bedside lamps are equipped with a USB port. The laundry area includes a washing machine and all cleaning products. A pod is provided during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, vanity unit with LED mirror and electric hairdryer. We have installed a connected ceiling light with integrated LED. You have a remote control available to vary the light intensity and you can also connect your phone via Bluetooth to listen to music (the ceiling light has a built-in speaker). A small furnished and private courtyard is at your disposal. It includes a table with two chairs and a lounge chair to enjoy the sun. For more flexibility on your arrival, we have put a secure key box in order to arrive completely autonomously, and this responds more particularly to Anti-Covid barrier measures. Namely, rigorous cleaning is carried out each time a guest leaves, and meets Anti-Covid cleaning standards. Guest access When you arrive at the front door, just pick up the keys from the box. The apartment is right across the street on the ground floor. The entry code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. You have access to the whole place in a completely private way.
