The most convenient of all is a designated car park. It can host 6 guests max. No PARTY please The space We never outsource cleaning so the quality of cleanliness is up to the standard. So many good eateries in town within a stone throw distance in Addington—-the gourmet food capital in CHCH. One of the best Cafe Addington Co-op is just 3 mins walk away. Modern designed and European style decorated. Large open plan kitchen and lounge so spacious. Double glazed tinted windows with blinds for privacy. There is a large back yard with outdoors furniture. Toys for kids to play. USB socket in wall power sockets. Handy. Onsite parking space just one space. Unit 7 parking lot with EV charger($15/n if use EV charger plus $15/n as the deposit for return the charger key) More free off street parking space available on Whiteleigh Avenue 2 mins walk. Please park the the designated car park only for Unit 7. Guest access Washer and drier. A portable cot for an infant. An USB inflatable queen mattress for guest number 5 and or number six guest. Also camping mats for more options. So big family welcome! Other things to note We are very easy going please help us to look after this chic brand new house.
