The Cornish Nook is a delightful Grade 2, ground floor apartment that can accommodate up to 3 guests in the heart of Camelford town. The River Camel and a beautiful park are right outside the property, adding to the peaceful setting. Fully equipped and ideally located with easy access to the famous Roughtor-Bodmin Moor, Trebarwith Strand Beach, Tintagel, Boscastle and Wadebridge. Padstow, Bude & Rock only short drive. Free parking right outside The space The apartment is part of a Grade 2 (*Star) listed building which has been lovingly converted to 2 apartments, The Cornish Nook is the ground floor apartment, all on one level with its on private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including microwave, toaster, oven, fridge and that all important Nespresso coffee machine. The charming living space offers both a modern feel but pays respect to the vast heritage of the local history and community. The Living area comprises of a comfy sofa, armchair and a relaxing stove-effect electric fire. The TV is a smart TV so feel free to sign in to your own accounts. Full high speed WiFi is included. There is a dining table and chairs also located in the living space. The bedroom features a super-comfy double bed. The bed for the third person is a fold up bed. There is a high chair and travel cot. (we do not supply the bedding for the travel cot; in line with recommendations) The bathroom has a super new, modern, easy-access shower arrangement toilet and lovely traditional hand basin. There is a beautiful park right on your doorstep with lots of kids play equipment You are welcome to make use of the shared garden / grassed area opposite the apartment along the river bank; take extra care with children as it can be uneven & leads directly to the river There is a parking space right in front of the apartment outside the kitchen window. The River Camel with beautiful walks runs alongside and a children's play area less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Guest access Be sure to confirm the correct number of guests and pets so that we can enjoy a stress free check in STAE-Homes apartments are typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. Door cameras protects all areas outside the property.. The private gravel parking area is right outside your door! The Cornish Nook (Flat 1) is accessed by the rear of the property and has a lock box by the back door, this leads you directly into the kitchen. The gravel drive is your parking space You are welcome to make use of the shared garden / grassed area opposite the apartment along the river bank. Keep children away from the river edge! Other things to note Strictly no parties: Anti-social behaviour of any description will not be tolerated; guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be provided No Smoking or vaping All possessions are left at guest's risk.
