Casa das Landras, tranquility in a rural setting

Old 19th century stone winery rehabilitated as a tourist dwelling (license VUT-LU-000866; ESFCTU00002700200072321400000000000000000000000008662), in an absolutely rural setting. Surrounded by centuries-old trees, the house is independent and is on a large estate, ideal for disconnecting in contact with nature. Located in a rural area near the Miño canyon, just 8 km from the Belesar pier, it is a perfect enclave from which to get to know the Ribeira Sacra. The space The house has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower and a 35 m2 living room with built-in kitchen. All rooms are exterior-facing and very bright. The house has heating, with radiators in all rooms and a pellet-powered stove in the living room that adds warmth to the atmosphere. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. There is also a TV in the living room and a washing machine in one of the bathrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The whole house is on the same level and without steps. Access is via a small ramp from the parking area. In addition, we have high chairs and a crib available for guests who request them. Guest access The house is exclusively for guests. It is located on a very quiet property away from the road. At night, the lack of light pollution and the silence make it a perfect place to rest, or even on clear nights to go out and gaze at the stars. Other things to note It is a rural area, so the connections to the supply networks and access to the infrastructure are different from those you can find in an urban environment. On rare occasions, the power supply may fail, and the internet connection is not via fiber at the usual speeds in the city. In return you can hear the sound of birds, the movement of the wind on the trees, or how the acorns of the great century-old oak fall on the deck.
