Between Charolles and La Clayette in a hamlet perched on the heights of Ozolles, this old stone and wood barn overlooks the Charolais valley and offers panoramic views. An electric charging station is also available The space Both warm, cozy, modern and comfortable, we were keen to carefully renovate this old barn, independent of our property. You will always find a small gift to welcome you, a gift that varies according to the season: Burgundy wine, garden vegetables, fresh eggs from the henhouse. You'll have a surprise when you get there. On the ground floor: The bright living room, with bay windows, allows you to fully enjoy the landscape: it opens onto a large terrace, with garden furniture and Weber barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, glass-ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom with bathtub will delight young and old with its large window overlooking the meadows. The toilet is independent. The laundry room with washer/dryer will be very useful for long stays. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 king size bed 200 cm, 1 bed 140 cm and 3 beds 90 cm) each with flat screen TV. A shower room separates the 2 large bedrooms. Separate toilets are also upstairs. Free WIFI Internet. Baby equipment upon request. Bed linen, towels provided Across the entire estate, 3500 m² of garden are dedicated to you. A large swing set, a playhouse with slide and a huge trampoline will delight young and old alike. Beautiful walks, directly outside the house are also possible since the forest is right there, no car to take to enjoy the forest and who knows, you might see a deer at the turn of a path... You can observe our peacock, horses, donkeys, alpaca as well as our small breeding of miniature goats. Maybe you'll leave with one of them... A true haven of peace where it's good to rest and where we will be happy to host you. Guest access The house is all yours. You can use the swing, trampoline, slide and 3500 m2 enclosed grounds from where you can admire the goats, sheep, donkeys and horses. Other things to note We have an electric terminal with extension cord if you need to recharge your vehicle. Bicycles can be borrowed from us. Some trails are marked if you like hiking. We are at the end of a road, after that it is the forest, so there is the possibility to go for a walk without taking the car.
