Les Perruchons, a carefully renovated old barn

Between Charolles and La Clayette in a hamlet perched on the heights of Ozolles, this old stone and wood barn overlooks the Charolais valley and offers panoramic views. Warm, modern and comfortable, this house is ideal for couples, business travelers and families. A swing, a gigantic trampoline and a cabin with a slide will delight young and old. An electric charging station is also available The space Warm, cozy, modern and comfortable, we were keen to carefully renovate this old barn, which is separate from our property. You will always find a small welcome gift, which varies depending on the season: Burgundy wine, vegetables from the garden, fresh eggs from the henhouse. You'll be surprised when you arrive. On the ground floor: The bright living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, allows you to fully enjoy the scenery: it opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom with bathtub will delight young and old alike with its large window overlooking the meadows. The toilet is separate. The laundry room with washer/dryer will be very useful for long stays. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 king-size bed 200 cm, 1 bed 140 cm and 3 beds 90 cm), each with a flat-screen TV. A shower room separates the 2 large bedrooms. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Baby equipment upon request. Bed linen and towels provided Throughout the entire estate, 3,500 m² of garden are dedicated to you. A large swing set, a playhouse with a slide, and a huge trampoline will delight young and old alike. Beautiful walks, right outside the house, are also possible, since the forest is right there. No need to take a car to enjoy the forest, and who knows, you might even see a deer around a bend in the path... You can observe the horses, donkeys, alpacas and our small herd of miniature goats. Maybe you'll leave with one of them... A true haven of peace where it's good to rest and where we will be delighted to welcome you. Guest access The house is all yours. You can use the swing, trampoline, slide and 3500 m2 enclosed grounds from where you can admire the goats, sheep, donkeys and horses. Other things to note We have an electric charging station with an extension cord if you need to charge your vehicle. We can lend you bicycles. Some trails are marked if you like hiking. We are at the end of a lane, and then it's the forest, so you can go for a walk without taking the car. A Weber wood- or charcoal-burning grill is available for your use. Remember to bring charcoal if you'd like to use it.
