Nearby Gas Stations with Cheapest Gas nearby, Restaurants, Internet Cafes, Mexican Deli, Post Office, Hardware store, Lowe's, Banks and Drugstore, etc. - all within a mile away! Plenty of Free Parking for small or larger vehicles. St. Vrain Parkway goes all the Way to Boulder by Bikepath in a half hour or more bikeride. Bicycles available for Rent with Locks. Two different loaner bikes available for $5 each a day, $15 a week or $40 a month or for Karma Yoga Trade. Nearby Bus Stop to Surrounding Towns. 10 minutes by Car to Niwot, 20 minutes to Downtown Boulder, 15 Min. to Lafayette or Louisville, 45 Min. to Denver & Ft. Collins. There is a Rec Center right down the Street. I have Guest Passes available for a Small Fee of $3.75 or $30 a month when available. Swimming Pool with Slides, Indoor Running Track, Jacuzzi tub, Dry & Wet Saunas, Pilates/Yoga and other Fitness Classes, Weight Room and Climbing Wall all located at Longmont Rec Center less than a mile away down the Bike Path. Guest access Private rented Space with Shared bath with One other. . Access to 2nd Half Bathroom ONLY if agreed upon rental. There are some amenities that can be used in the common washroom; Hot pot, Mini Bullet blender, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, etc. NO FULL Kitchen Privileges with Kitchen prep sink. The owners full kitchen is her own private kitchen and it’s not shared on Airbnb. There is a designated, sterile Dishwashing area on the right side of the sink in the Washroom with kitchen sponges & dish liquid. On the left side of the sink is hand washing area with hand soap & hand sanitizer & counter sponge. * If you do not feel comfortable with this arrangement, a BusTub is provided as a Service to you for difficult items to wash. ** Kitchen Privileges by Permission ONLY (if available) for longer stays. FYI: You will not be Officially Checked in with Jeanette, the Host until you Meet with her at the Check-In Appt. and go over House Rules. I can sometimes arrange a pick up from Airport or Bus station. In either case, I will be home to Greet you & do Check In, show you around & give you Key & Instructions to the House & Amenities as well as show you around the Neighborhood... either by Maps or In-Person if time permits. Often we will share a Meal or Tea & Conversation. Other things to note Please do an INQUIRY before a Formal REQUEST during COVID-19 to make sure the House Share & potential Bathroom Share works for you during the Current situation. There is a Sweet, Playful Kitty in the house but she does not go into upstairs rooms to enter the Large Bedroom, Hardwood Floors or the Purple Room. She enters the Main Bathroom for Litterbox. Mostly, she uses backyard in Daytime. For Mild Cat Allergies, a House Homeopathic Remedy is available. Please be careful to not let the Kitty OUTSIDE after dark.
