Downstairs studio nestled among the Mount Washington greenery. Includes private bedroom and bathroom and small kitchenette. About a 6 minute drive to Highland Park restaurants and bars, easy access to freeways, great hikes up to the meditative Self Realization Center in Mount Washington. 12 minute drive to DTLA. One mile walk to Southwest Museum Gold Line Metro station. Pets: we welcome well behaved dogs for an additional nightly fee. Please communicate with your host beforehand about pets. The space The space is newly renovated and very simple with a Queen bed, mini fridge, coffee maker and full private bathroom. Guest access The studio is all yours with a separate entrance from the house above. There is a private bathroom attached. Other things to note Pets: we welcome small, well behaved dogs for an additional nightly fee. Please communicate with your host beforehand about pets. This is a downstairs studio so from time to time you may hear basic signs of life from above (such as footsteps.) There is a white noise machine for guests who know they are sensitive to noise. We ask that guests return the room key to where they found it. If they take the key with them there will be a $25 replacement fee. Registration Details HSR22-001239
