Bright three-room apartment on the beach - parking

The Residence is located on the seafront that leads from Follonica to Puntone di Scarlino and offers two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to six people. They are fully equipped with all amenities and have an outdoor area, parking and direct access to the beach. The space The apartments measure from 45 to 55 square meters, are air-conditioned with individual adjustment in each room and offer a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and LCD TV, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, bathroom with shower, bidet A hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Each apartment has an individual loggia or terrace equipped with table and chairs. The ground floor apartments have direct access to the garden. The whole area is covered by free Wi-Fi. Guests have access to private parking, drinks vending machines, the laundry room (free of charge, soaps not provided) and the use of bicycles (subject to availability, booking is recommended). Residenza del Golfo is a totally non-smoking facility (including electronic cigarettes) and smoking is also prohibited in external spaces within the property. Residenza del Golfo does not accept stays with pets. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and to the outdoor equipped area or terrace, as well as having access to all the common areas and the property's garden. Parking is free and reserved for guests of the structure. The arrival is scheduled from 4PM to 7PM and departure from 8AM to 10AM. For arrivals outside these hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange self check-in. Other things to note The prices quoted are for a stay of four people. Any fifth and sixth persons will be charged an additional €20 per day per person. The equipped beaches are a two-minute walk away and the Puntone marina, with its shops and restaurants, is a five-minute walk away, while Follonica is easily reached via the cycle path and is 2 km away.
