The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing your own meals easy and is particularly useful for longer stays. From the kitchen, you can head directly outside to the patio and garden for some fresh air. Off-road parking makes coming and going straightforward, while the location provides convenient access to the M4, city centre and nearby retail parks. Whether you're travelling for work, staying for a local project or visiting with family or friends, you'll have the space and facilities to make yourself at home. Guest access You’ll have exclusive use of the entire property during your stay, so you can settle in and make yourself at home. We operate a simple self check-in process, giving you the flexibility to arrive without needing to meet a host. Before arrival, the lead guest will need to complete our online check-in and verification process. Once this has been completed, your access instructions will be sent to you ready for check-in. Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Our team is available if you need any help with access or getting settled into the property. Other things to note This property is hosted by me, Kay, with the support of my KG Short Stay team. We’ll give you the space to enjoy your stay, but if you need us, there’s always a real person at the end of the phone or message during our support hours. **House Rules** This is a strictly no-party and no-smoking property. Only guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. Pets are not permitted unless specifically stated or agreed in advance. We ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and overnight. **Security & Noise Monitoring** There is external CCTV at the property entrance for security purposes, along with a noise-monitoring device inside the property. The noise monitor measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio. **Arriving & Leaving** Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. If you’re arriving after 9:00pm, please make sure you have completed everything required before arrival and have your access instructions with you, as our team may no longer be available to assist with access. **During Your Stay** Our aim is simple: to give you a clean, comfortable and practical place to call home while you’re away from yours. If something isn’t right, please tell us while you’re staying with us. We’d much rather have the opportunity to help and put something right than find out after you’ve left.
