Mary's home is a complete experience, whether you like the diversity of the landscape, beaches, mountains, ancient sights, cosmopolitan atmosphere, nightlife or just want to relax reading a book or playing with the giant garden chess, having a drink under the stars, enjoying the sun, relaxing by the pool and being enchanted by the unique view of the sunset and the picturesque port of Artaki with the fishing boats and trawlers. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a wardrobe and the other a very large bedroom with two double beds and two wardrobes and its own internal full bathroom. There's a second bathroom with a shower. There are large windows overlooking the sea, the garden and the pool. It has a very large garden with a pool and a hot tub. The villa combines functionality and harmony. The garden is on two levels, and both levels "compete" for the scenic view. The villa is ideal for people who want relaxation and tranquility, as it offers stunning sea views, a unique sunset and beautiful nature. Finally, two pergolas and an equipped barbecue complete this unique house. The decoration of the whole space and the cleanliness of the house is taken care of by the owner. Guest access Located on the island of Evia, the second largest island in Greece, 1 hour by car from Athens, 2 km from Artaki beach you can enjoy fresh fish and amazing ouzo meze, 6 km from Chalkida if you want to enjoy the nightlife. Artaki is in the center of the island for many getaways to the blue beaches, nature and sights of the island. Nearby the house there are supermarkets, bakeries and gas stations, an electric car charging station. It has a covered parking lot for two cars. Other things to note On the floor above the ground floor, my husband Nikos and I live with a small Maltese dog. Our presence in the area is very discreet and we are there only to offer any help and instructions our guests need, as well as for maintenance, cleaning of the pool and garden. Guests have access to the private pool, the hot tub and the entire garden and are exclusively for their own use.
