The space Kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fridge, freezer , electric oven, microwave, gas stove and wood stove, table for cooking and sink. Living room is equipped with sofa, dinner table and classic but yet modern forniture. Bathroom is fully equipped with bathtub, shower, WC, bidet, sink, mirror and closet. Bedroom is fully equipped with 160x190cm bed with brand new memory foam mattress and stave. with big closet, chest, drawers, 37 inches full HD TV, two bedside tables, and a six meter long wooden balcony with view on Adamello-Brenta mountain group. A sofa-bed has been added in the living room for a third guest (or 2 kids). Every room is illuminated by natural light of the sun from morning till late afternoon. Starting from mid-spring guests can enjoy a big backyeard equipped with table, chairs, bbq and view on dolomiti di brenta. Free prrivate parking available on request, free public parking located next the apartment. Secure storage for bicycles, motorcycles and sports equipment available for free on request. Guest access The house is divided in two independent apartment. To reach your apartment main door you must pass thru a hall which is also used by me and my family to go upstairs to our apartment. It takes 30 seconds for you or for us to reach the main door of each apartment. It is the only common place in the house, and it is intended as a passage way only, Guests can use everything in the independent apartment except the wood stove. Other things to note The maximum number of guests is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, please specify the case of 2 adults and 2 children in a message when booking. From 1 January 2021 mandatory tourist tax for tourist accommodation set at 1 euro per night per person. Washing machine reserved for guests available on request free of charge in the basement for stays of 7 nights or more, however, it will be allowed to use it in case of need even for shorter stays.
