From a new, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster), to a new bathroom (with shower), to a bright room, where a sleeping area (with subtle partition) with a 180/200 m, large box spring bed, which invites you to dream. In the living area, you can spend cozy evenings on the couch and use it as a sofa bed at night.
