NOCNOC welcomes you in this building full of history in the heart of the countryside in Campbon at 35 minutes from Nantes and 5 minutes from the leisure area "Quilly", a heated indoor swimming pool (from the middle of March until end of October), a large garden of 620m² with a portico equipped with many leisure facilities. This 189m2 gite will welcome up to 13 travelers. IMPORTANT REGARDING THE POOL, it is accessible and heated from March 24, 2025 until October 29, 2025. From October 30, 2025 until mid-March 2026, it is in winterization and therefore not accessible. Bed and bath linen available, as well as shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Umbrella bed available free of charge for your children on request. High-performance internet connection with fiber. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will be able to reach a member of our team during your stay. Cleaning is included in the rental price. The cleaning costs will be directly integrated in the total price. A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighborhood for noise after 10 pm, the entire deposit will be charged. Ideal for families with children (an umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request).
