Starting in 2019 the pool will be available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. With the exception of 2019 only, it will open April 29. Guest will have access to the house through the front entrance. The second floor is a private guest only area, which includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main level including kitchen, dining area, living room, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor TV and music system are all areas and amenities for the quests to relax and enjoy. This space is also private to guests only. Televisions are located in the main living space and outdoors only. Antenna, HuluLive and Netflix are all available for use. Access to the entire house except the master bedroom and bathroom. Additional living space in basement with fireplace and bedroom available upon request. An upcharge of $200.00 per night for additional space. A private listing of the entire house which would include 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus an outside shower is available upon special requests. The neighborhood is a safe and great family experience with a community pool, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a basketball court. All located within walking distance. (Approx. 200 yds.) Beautiful development with many sidewalks and bike trails connecting to various state college venues. There is a bus stop located near the community pool for those interested in using the cata bus. Uber populates this area so getting a ride to and from somewhere in town is very easy. Many great restaurants, micro brews, hiking trails, festivals, and concerts.
