From the entrance area on the second floor, you can access two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. From these two bedrooms, you have direct access to the large sun terrace that wraps around the building on three sides. An interior stairway leads up to the upper floor. There are two further bedrooms there, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. A large bathroom with double vanity, shower, and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, are also located on this floor. The large dining area with fireplace is the heart of the 80 m2 living area as well as kitchen and living room. The wooden structure, with solid wooden beams, creates that very cozy and typically Austrian living experience. From the living room, there is also a steep exterior staircase leading up to the large sun terrace. Guest access The building is located right in the center of town, between the school and Postpartner. There are 5 private parking spaces right by the building, which our guests can use free of charge. Other things to note The Krämerhaus loft offers 2 full bathrooms – Bathroom 1: shower + toilet – Bathroom 2: shower + bathtub + double sink, as well as a separate toilet. There are a total of 2 residential units in the building. The terrace may also be used by the guests of the second apartment. However, there is enough space and enough seating for everyone. The sauna is located on the north side of the large terrace. If both apartments are occupied, there is an overview of sauna use where you can enter your desired time.
