The entrance area on the first floor leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. From these two bedrooms, you have direct access to the large sun terrace that surrounds the building on three sides. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two more bedrooms there, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. A large bathroom with a double vanity, shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, are also located on this floor. The large dining area with a wood-burning stove is the heart of the 80 m2 living area, which also includes a kitchen and a living room. The wooden structure with solid wooden beams creates the very cozy and typically Austrian living experience. From the living room, a steep exterior staircase also leads to the large sun terrace. Guest access The building is located right in the centre of the village, between the school and PostPartner. There are 5 private parking spaces right by the building, which our guests can use free of charge. There are a total of 2 units in the building. The terrace may also be used by the guests of the second apartment. However, there is enough space and plenty of seating for everyone. The sauna is located on the north side of the large terrace. If both apartments are occupied, there is a sauna usage schedule where you can enter your desired time. There are local taxes in the Salzburg region that are not collected by Airbnb but must be paid directly on site in cash or by card.
