Private access to inviting duplex with living room, eat in kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs, and two full bathrooms. One bedroom and a half bath is downstairs. 1,700 square feet total. A huge recreational park is across the street with lake and bike trails. The bus system stop is in eye view for an 8 minute ride to the ISU campus, a little over a mile away. State Farm is only 12 minutes away. Your home away from home has one main floor which includes the master bedroom with master bath. The second room is on the same floor with double bed and a pullout trundle bed for your convenience. A secured keypad enters the living space from the front door. An optional third bedroom is downstairs with another half bath, but will normally not be prepped for guests unless special arrangements for additional guests are made. I normally am available and in town from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After those times, house managers can be made available for your convenience. You will be situated next to a bus stop Connect Transit System (Brown Line) that can be taken for an 8 minute ride to the ISU campus or uptown connections to all other transit. The cost is normally only $1 per ride. Bikes can be made available as well with special request. ISU is 1.5 miles away, IWU (2), Country Financial (8), and State Farm (12).
