Attic located in Vic-le-Comte, 15 km south of Clermont-Ferrand, charming village in the heart of Auvergne, close to the main tourist sites of Auvergne. Small independent atypical house. A living room downstairs, living room, kitchenette and bathroom/WC. Upstairs, an office area and wardrobe giving access to the mezzanine serving as a sleeping area. Access to the mezzanine requires being fairly fit. Linens and towels provided. Possibility of adding a baby bed or small mattress. - A mezzanine with 140 bed, integrated mattress topper for two people, equipped with a fan in summer Guest access Access to the entire home. Parking is available in the private and enclosed yard of the house. The gate opening badge will be given upon arrival.
