The space The Garden is the perfect apartment for those who want the freedom of a private garden or are traveling with pets It’s an apartment of 55 square meters wide with a large, private gardens We provide bed linen and towels for each guest At your disposal free WIFI access, air conditioning and heating It fits a maximum of 4 beds arranged as follows: A room with a king size bed and a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room The wardrobe contains blankets and extra pillows, iron and ironing board and a clotheshorse to use in the garden In the living room there’s a TV led 32" with terrestrial decoder, table and chairs Fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, Lavazza espresso machine with a free coffee pod, electric kettle and toaster we always leave oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar at guests disposal Independent bathroom recently renovated with shower, washing machine, dryer and electric towel warmers In the garden a table with chairs and a charcoal barbecue Other things to note Here are some tips on how to live your best holiday from us: Please let us know your expected arrival time. We check-in from 2pm to 7:30pm. If you arrive before 2 pm you can leave your luggage at reception or wait for the first clean apartment available. If you arrive after 7:30 pm, we will leave your apartment keys in a safe box outside the reception. On the day of arrival (after 7pm) we will send you a code to open it and collect your keys. Free Wifi throughout the residence: Network: Venice Free Residence - We will provide you with the password at check-in Pets are welcome in our Residence. We ask you to tell us in advance number and size of your animals (max. 3) and to respect there easy rules: - In common areas pets must be kept on a leash. - Pets must never be left alone in the apartment and the owners will accept the full responsability for any possible damage caused by the animal. For any pet will be applied a supplement of €5,00/night because of the supplementary cleanings. - Guest have to pay the City Tax (touristic Tax)- directly at check-in: 1,50€. per person per night for maximum 3 nights.
