This is an old 1840's farmhouse authentically restored and made into an apt. So the space is your own! It sits in a farming valley and was the original Sprague homestead. And now that Covid is over….mostly…I am offering this space again! Cell service is spotty at best here, but texting me or emailing works just fine. This is deep country, but on a paved road with very little traffic. There are 3 beds, one queen and 2 singles, all in 2 different bedrooms.
