On the first floor of a beautiful detached house, you enter from a private paved courtyard with lawn and the external staircase leads you to the entrance of the house which consists of a single living room-kitchen fully equipped with air conditioning (air condition and ceiling fan), has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, double beds and a bathroom.
