Stylish hilltop holiday apartment on Ammouliani island, arranged on two levels with stunning sea views, 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach and 10 minutes from the main village amenities and ferry port. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and the ultimate greek ‘sea and sun’ holiday experience. The space The apartment is part of a small housing complex, in a large olive grove estate. It is situated on the hill on the west side of Kalopigado beach. It is approximately 85 sq.m. split on two levels with a large outdoor seating area. The wonderful view can be enjoyed from all rooms and their balconies. The top floor consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom. A baby cot or a folding bed can be added in one of the bedrooms on demand. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with a dining table and the living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two and a single bed. There is also an other small bathroom with shower on this floor. The house is very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 4, but if you do not mind having children sleeping in common areas, you could fit up to 8 people (4 adults and 4 children( 3 in living room and 1 in bedroom). If you are a larger group you could book apartment 5 and 6 that are adjacent and have large shared patio on the ground floor. Guest access Olive bay properties are situated on the west side of Kalopigado beach in Ammouliani. They can easily be reached by car on a dirt road just 2,5 km from the island's port and main village. The apartments are situated inside an olive grove estate where all the roads are dirt roads, but can be accessed with all types of car. It does get a dusty going up the hill but well worth it, once you reach the apartments! The drive from the beach house to the hilltop apartments takes maximum 3 minutes. Detailed information about getting here will be sent out to all our guests prior to their arrival. Other things to note Cleaning and fresh linen are provided once per week and if you need extra services it can be arranged at an extra cost. Please bring your own beach towels!
